Москва примет 17 Конгресс Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов

С 18.11.2015 по 22.11.2015  г. в Москве Департамент национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы, организует проведение 17 Конгресса Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов (FEG).

Решение о проведении столь важного для туристической отрасли события в столице России было принято единодушно, всеми участниками Конгресса туристических гидов, прошедшем в португальском городе Эвора в 2013 году.

Москва была избрана в качестве хозяйки 17 Конгресса FEG не только как город с большими традициями, многовековой историей и богатейшим культурным наследием, но и как город с обширным опытом экскурсионной работы. На туристической карте Европы столица России занимает особое место: школа подготовки гидов-экскурсоводов в Москве дает профильное образование, которое крайне высоко оценивается во всем мире, а аккредитация профессионалов в сфере проведения экскурсий является настоящей гарантией качества оказания этих услуг.

В России на данный момент трудятся более 2000 аккредитованных гидов-переводчиков, которые владеют 24 языками. Более 800 из них работает именно в Москве.

Правительство Москвы оказывает всестороннюю поддержку компаниям,  работающим на рынке въездного и внутреннего туризма, и способствует проведению на территории Москвы ознакомительных туров, международных круглых столов, конференций и конгрессов. Благодаря деятельности Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы, всё больше зарубежных гостей приезжают в столицу России для ознакомления с ее историей, достопримечательностями и культурой.

Ассоциация гидов-переводчиков, экскурсоводов и турменеджеров – старейшее профессиональное объединение в туристической отрасли России - отмечает в этом году свой 25-летний юбилей. Ассоциация была создана в 1990 году, и уже с 1991 года вошла на правах постоянного члена в состав Всемирной Федерации Ассоциаций Туристических гидов (WFTGA), а в 1992 году стала членом Европейской федерации гидов (FEG), которая была основана в 1986 году в Париже и объединяет более 200 тысяч профессионалов. В Европейскую федерацию гидов входят 18 стран постоянных членов FEG, 4 страны на правах ассоциированных членов FEG и 9 стран членов-корреспондентов. Делая особый упор на обеспечение высочайшего профессионального уровня, организации подготовки и повышения квалификации гидов и экскурсоводов, Ассоциация прилагает все усилия для того, чтобы гиды, аккредитованные ею, отвечали самому высокому уровню требований профессии.

Moscow will host XVII European Travel Guides Congress


From November 18th to November 20th 2015 Association of guides-interpreters and tour managers, with the support of the Department of national policy, inter-regional relations and tourism of the city of Moscow, the company "STO Congress" and the oldest Russian travel agency Intourist Thomas Cook organizes the XVII European Congress of tourist guides.

The decision on hosting such an important event for the whole travel industry in Russia has been made unanimously by all the participants of the Congress of travel guides, which took place in Evora in 2013.

Moscow has been chosen as the city to host the XVII FEG not only because it is a city with great traditions, long history and rich cultural heritage, but also as a city with extensive experience in the field of excursion work. The Russian capital occupies a very special place on the map of Europe: the school of training of tour guides in Moscow provides specialized education, which is highly appreciated all around the world, as well as professionals accreditation in the field of guided tours is an actual guarantee of the quality of these services.

Russia currently has over 2,000 accredited guides and interpreters who can speak 24 languages. More than 800 of them work in Moscow.

The Government of Moscow makes all round support to the companies working in the incoming tourism market and helps holding familiarization tours, round tables, conferences and congresses. Through the activities of the Department of national policy, inter-regional relations and tourism of the city of Moscow, more and more foreign visitors are coming to the Russian capital to get acquainted with its history, attractions and culture.

Association of guides-interpreters and tour managers is Russia’s oldest professional union in travel industry which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. It was founded in 1990 and has been a member of World Federation of Travel Guides Association (WFTGA) since 1991 and a member of European Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (FEG) since 1992, which was founded in 1986 in Paris and it encompasses over 200 000 professionals. The European Federation of guides includes 18 countries-members of the FEG, 4 countries as associated members of FEG and 9 corresponding members. With particular emphasis on ensuring the highest professional level, training and advanced training of tour guides, the Association is making every effort to ensure that the guides they accredit meet high requirements of their profession.

Москва встречает участников 17 Конгресса Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов

С 18.11.2015 по 22.11.2015 г. в Москве при поддержке Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы пройдет 17 Конгресс Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов (FEG).

Сегодня началось прибытие участников Конгресса и подготовка церемонии его торжественного открытия, на котором запланированы выступления представителей органов власти и господина Карлоса Ортеги, президента FEG.

Москва впервые завоевала право принимать членов Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов. Решение о месте проведения 17 Конгресса FEG было принято в Португалии в 2013 году, где при поддержке Правительства Москвы делегация Ассоциации гидов-переводчиков, экскурсоводов и турменеджеров (АГПЭиТМ) успешно провела презентацию Конгресса-2015.

В рамках Конгресса будет проведена Международная конференция гидов и экскурсоводов «О совершенствовании системы туристско-экскурсионного обслуживания», где планируется провести обобщение и анализ международного и регионального опыта в сфере экскурсионного обслуживания.

Конференция призвана привлечь внимание российских и зарубежных профессионалов отрасли к туристским возможностям Москвы, а также популяризировать столицу России как важное международное направление. На конференции будут проведены дискуссии по темам: «Взаимодействие органов власти, турбизнеса и общественных объединений с целью формирования и продвижения новых экскурсионных программ и пакетных туров», «Координация взаимодействия профессионалов туриндустрии, музейного и научного сообщества в высших учебных заведениях по реализации образовательных программ во въездном туризме», «Правовые аспекты деятельности гидов-переводчиков и экскурсоводов» и «Международный и региональный опыт в сфере подготовки и повышения квалификации гидов-переводчиков и экскурсоводов».

Moscow will host The 17th European Tourist Guide Congress

From 18th to 20th November 2015 The Intourist Thomas Cook Company with the support from The National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism Department are carrying out The 17th European Tourist Guide Congress in Moscow.

Today began the arrival of members of Congress and the preparation of its grand opening ceremony, where presentation of Mr Carlos Ortega, president of the FEG, is scheduled along with presentations of the authorities.

This is the first time Moscow won the right to receive members of the European Federation of Associations of Guides. A decision on the venue of the 17th Congress FEG was made in Portugal in 2013, where, with the support of the Moscow Government delegation of the Association of guides and interpreters, guides and tour managers (AGPEiTM) successfully conducted the presentation of the Congress-2015.


Within the Congress will be held International conference of tour guides "On improving the system of tourist-excursion service", where it is planned to compile and analyze international and regional experience in the field excursions.

The conference aims to attract the attention of Russian and foreign professionals of the industry to tourism opportunities in Moscow, as well as to popularize the Russian capital as an important international destinations. The conference will hold discussions on the following topics: "Cooperation between authorities, representatives of tourist industry and public associations in order to create and promote new tour programs and package tours", "Coordination of interaction of professionals in the tourism industry, the museum and the scientific community in higher education institutions for the implementation of educational programs in the inbound tourism "," Legal aspects of guides-interpreters and tour guides activity" and " International and regional experiences in the field of training of guides and interpreters. "

Department of national policy, inter-regional relations and tourism of Moscow strongly supports companies operating in the market of inbound and domestic tourism. В Москве стартовал 17 Конгресс Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов

Сегодня, 18.11.2015 г. в Москве начинается 17 Конгресс Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов (FEG), проводимый при поддержке Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы. Конгресс будет проходить по 22.11.2015  

Торжественная церемония открытия 17 Конгресса FEG, являющегося самым важным ежегодным профессиональным событием в среде туристических гидов Европы, прошла в великолепных трапезных залах Храма Христа Спасителя. С приветственными словами выступил руководитель Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы Владимир Васильевич Черников. Он зачитал письменное обращение мэра Москвы Сергея Семеновича Собянина к участникам Конгресса, в котором тот поблагодарил гостей столицы за приезд и желание выстроить продуктивную дискуссию. Также поприветствовал собравшихся и Президент FEG, господин Карлос Ортега.

В столичном Конгрессе принимают участие не только гиды из 32 стран, но и руководители международных организаций в сфере туризма. Россия и страны СНГ представлены 118 специалистами из 28 регионов. В программу Международного конгресса включены общие заседания, панельные дискуссии, семинары, мастер-классы, а так же серии приемов и экскурсий, организованных для ознакомления представителей из 32 стран Европы с туристическими возможностями Москвы.
  
Выбор Москвы в качестве города, принимающего Конгресс, не стал случайным. Столица России - город с большими традициями, со своей школой гидов и экскурсоводов и богатым опытом экскурсионной работы. Москва - город в котором современная архитектура гармонично соседствует с множеством исторических памятников и достопримечательностей. Крайне важным в контексте проведения Конгресса является и то, что Москва – единственный город, в котором проводятся экскурсии на 24 языках. Среди более 2 тысяч российских аккредитованных гидов-переводчиков, владеющих 24 языками мира, более 800 работают именно в столице.

Для раскрытия туристического потенциала Москвы все участники будут ознакомлены с последними достижениями Москвы в области создания городского пространства и развития экскурсионного продукта с целью продвижения традиционных и вновь появившихся туристических возможностей Москвы, гостям предлагается возможность посетить экскурсии, семинары и круглые столы, согласовать инструменты правовой защиты профессиональных интересов гидов-переводчиков (экскурсоводов), обсудить проблемы сохранения и поддержания национальной и региональной профессиональной идентификации.

Гости Конгресса также посетили совсем недавно открывшуюся в Храме Христа Спасителя выставку «Художественные сокровища России». Увидев ранее не демонстрировавшиеся широкой публике шедевры величайших русских мастеров, гости выставки были поражены её экспозицией, сохранностью полотен, прошедших через множество войн и катаклизмов и, конечно, самоотверженностью музейных работников, сумевших сберечь для потомков это великое наследие.

The 17th European Tourist Guide Congress has started

The Congress of The European Federation of Tourist Guides Associations starts today, on november 18th in Moscow. It is being held with the support of Department of National Policy, Inter - Regional Relations and Tourism of the city of Moscow. The Congress will take place until November 22th 2015.

The opening ceremony attracted a lot of journalists from different media recourses. The First Deputy of the Head of the mentioned Department Sergey Shpilko welcomed the participants of the congress. He addressed to them with the letter from The Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, where the Mayor thanked everybody for coming to the capital, for having a desire to make a productive discussion, create a unique position and strategy on the tasks raised at the Congress.

The Congress themes are up to date without any doubts. To reveal to tourism potential of Moscow all the participants will get to know the last achievements of the capital concerning the city space planning, development of the tour product in order to show and promote traditional and new tourist opportunities in Moscow. The guests will be offered to join the tours, seminars and round tables, to agree on the law basement of the protection of the guide-interpreters (tour guides) professional interests. The participants will also discuss the problems of preserving the national and regional professional identification.

The Congress guests have visited the new exhibition in The Cathedral of Christ The Savior "The Art Treasures of Russia". They were truly amazed when saw the highlights of the Russian greatest artists, which have never been much shown to the public. The guests expressed a big surprise how well the paintings are preserved, in spite of the fact they passed through many wars and troubles and of course showed their big respect to those museum employees who managed to save this great heritage for the future generations.

The Government of Moscow, which supports carrying this event, also makes all round help to the companies working in the incoming tourism market and helps holding the introductory tours, workshops and classes in Moscow for all the foreign partners who want to visit the capital of Russia on their own.

The Association of Guides-Interpreters, Tour Guides and Tour Managers which is the oldest professional union in the Russian tourism industry is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. It was created in 1990 and already in 1991 became a member of World Federation of Tourist Guides Associations ( WFTGA). In 1992 it was included in The European Tourist Guide Federation (FEG). Giving much attention to the high professional level The Association is putting all the efforts to provide it so that the accredited guides would meet the requirements, standards and skills of the profession.

Международная конференция гидов и экскурсоводов «О совершенствовании системы туристско-экскурсионного обслуживания» проходит в Москве в рамках 17 Конгресса Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов

Сегодня, 19.11.2015 г. в Москве в рамках 17 Конгресса Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов, проводимого при поддержке Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы,  проходит Международная конференция «О совершенствовании системы туристско-экскурсионного обслуживания».

Открыл Конференцию первый заместитель руководителя Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы Сергей Павлович Шпилько. С приветственными словами также выступили Президент Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов (FEG) господин Карлос Ортега и Президент Ассоциации гидов-переводчиков, экскурсоводов и турменеджеров Александр Вячеславович Осипов.

Каждый из выступавших отметил своевременность проведения Международной конференции, позитивность стремления к общению в профессиональной сфере гидов-переводчиков и экскурсоводов, важность профессии гида для качественного оказания всего комплекса туристических услуг и необходимость высочайшей профессиональной квалификации.

Сергей Павлович Шпилько сделал акцент на необходимости формирования туристического продукта с учётом современных потребностей рынка, развитии туристических программ и дифференциации в составлении туристических маршрутов.

В Международной конференции приняли участие более 100 участников, которые обсудили множество важнейших вопросов в сфере туристско-экскурсионного обслуживания. Были подняты вопросы взаимодействия органов власти, турбизнеса и общественных объединений с целью формирования и продвижения новых экскурсионных программ и пакетных туров. Например, Светлана Фаридовна Мратхузина, Исполнительный директор НП «Гильдия экскурсоводов», рассказала о новых объектах туристского показа Республики Татарстан, пользующихся особым спросом, а Елена Викторовна Белоусова, заместитель исполнительного директора НП «Объединение международной интеграции в туризме «Мир без границ», выступила с докладом «Новые рынки с учетом восприятия информации для туристов из Китая».

Обсуждалась координация взаимодействия профессионалов туриндустрии, музейного и научного сообщества в Высших учебных заведениях по реализации образовательных программ во въездном туризме. В рамках сессии Международной конференции Александр Николаевич Яндовский, ректор МГИИТ им. Сенкевича, внес свои предложения по обеспечению высокого уровня контента экскурсионно-ознакомительных и образовательных программ.

Прозвучали доклады на тему правовых аспектов деятельности гидов-переводчиков и экскурсоводов и обмену международным и региональным опытом в сфере подготовки и повышения их квалификации. Юрий Александрович Барзыкин, вице-президент Российского союза туриндустрии предложил для обсуждения вопросы регулирования и саморегулирования деятельности гидов-переводчиков и экскурсоводов, а Йожеф Шнайдген, почетный президент АГПИиТМ, рассказал о разработке законопроекта об их обязательной аттестации.

Завершал Конференцию Александр Вячеславович Осипов, президент АГПИиТМ. Он поблагодарил участников за участие, предложения и создание дружественной атмосферы, царившей на Конференции.

The International Conference of the guides-interpreters and tour guides under the name "About the development of tourist services" is being held as a part of The 17th European Tourist Guide Congress
Today, on the November 19th 2015 as a part of The 17th European Tourist Guide Congress carried out with the support of The Department of The National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism of the City of Moscow, takes place the International Conference of the guides-interpreters and tour guides under the name "About the development of tourist services".
The Conference was opened by the first deputy of the head of The Department of The National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism of the City of Moscow Sergey Shpilko. The Presidents of The European Federation of The Associations of Guides (FEG) Carlos Ortega and of Russian  Association of Guides-Interpreters, Tour Guides and Tour Managers Alexander Osipov addressed the participants with welcoming words.
They both marked the significance and timeliness of The Congress, the positive aspiration of the guides to professional communication, the importance of the profession for the success of the whole tour product and necessity of the highest qualification.
The first deputy of the head of The Department of The National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism of the City of Moscow Sergey Shpilko talked about the need to form the tourist product according to the modern market demands, he emphasized the development of the tourist programs and variety in planning of the tourist routes.
During The Conference its participants discussed a lot of important questions in the sphere of the tourist services. They raised the topics of intercommunication of the authorities, tour business and social associations to form and promote new tour programs. The coordination of the professionals of the tour industry with the museum and scientific society in the universities in order to realize educational programs about the incoming tourism also was discussed. Much time was devoted to the law based aspects of the profession, the participants interchanged the experience about the training and improving the qualification of the guide-interpreters and the tour guides. Even during debates the atmosphere was very friendly and positive.
The International conference involved over 100 participants who discussed the important questions in the field of tourist-excursion service. Concerns were raised regarding the interaction between the authorities, tourist industry and public associations with the purpose of formation and promotion of new tour programs and package tours. For example, Svetlana Mrathuzina, Executive Director of NP "Guild of tour guides", spoke about new popular tourist facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Elena Belousova, Deputy Executive Director of NP "Association of international integration in tourism "World without borders", made a report "New markets based on the perception of information for tourists from China".
The coordination of interaction of professionals in the tourism industry, Museum and scientific community in universities on the implementation of educational programs in terms of incoming tourism had been discussed. In the framework of the session of the International conference Alexander Yandovsky, rector of the Institute named after Sienkiewicz, made his proposals to ensure a high level of the content of sightseeing-awareness and educational programs.
There were presentations on the topic of legal aspects of guide-interpreters and tour guides work and sharing international and regional experiences in training and improving their skills. Yuri Barzykin, Vice-President of the Russian Union of travel industry proposed to discuss issues of regulation and self-regulation of activity of guides-interpreters, and Jozsef Shnidgen, honorary President of AGPTM, spoke about the development of the bill about the mandatory certification.
The Conference was concluded by Alexander Osipov, President of the Association of guides interpreters, tour guides and tour managers. He thanked the participants for their participation, suggestions and providing a friendly atmosphere reigned at the Conference.

В Москве завершился 17 Конгресс Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов

22.11.2015 г. в Москве завершился 17 Конгресс Европейской федерации ассоциаций гидов, проводимый при поддержке Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы. Конгресс собрал в Москве более 300 гостей со всего мира для обмена опытом и демонстрации огромных туристических возможностей столицы России.

В Конгрессе приняли участие гиды из 32 стран, а также руководители международных организаций в сфере туризма. Россию и страны СНГ представляли 118 специалистов из 28 регионов. Традиционно Конгресс включал общие заседания, панельные дискуссии, семинары, мастер-классы и серию приемов и экскурсий, призванных познакомить делегатов из 32 стран Европы с туристическими возможностями Москвы.

Владимир Васильевич Черников, Руководитель Департамента национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы, отметил в своём интервью: «Появляются новые экскурсионные маршруты, появляются новые площадки, общественные пространства, которые сегодня заслуживают внимания. Мы хотели бы, чтобы к нам приезжало в гости больше молодёжи, поэтому делаем упор и на программу показа».

Большое внимание было уделено качественному предоставлению услуг гидов-переводчиков. Йожеф Шнайдген, почетный президент Ассоциации гидов-переводчиков, экскурсоводов и турменеджеров (АГПЭиТМ), сказал: «Мы чувствуем растущий интерес к профессии. За последние пять лет в учебно-координационном центре «Гиды и экскурсоводы» в Москве прошли обучение почти 1150 человек. В 2015-16 году на обучение приняты еще 90 человек. Важно, что, наконец, появились претенденты с редкими языками, например, ивритом, вьетнамским, арабским, китайским»,.

На Конгрессе обсуждались также внутренние, российские проблемы. Так, 19 ноября Департамент национальной политики, межрегиональных связей и туризма Москвы провел Международную конференцию гидов и экскурсоводов «О совершенствовании системы туристско-экскурсионного обслуживания». В ней участвовали представители органов исполнительной власти российских регионов, руководители музеев, туристических компаний и общественных организаций. На конференции с приветственным словом выступил первый заместитель руководителя Департамента национальной политики,  межрегиональных связей и туризма города Москвы Сергей Павлович Шпилько. Обсуждались важные факторы в развитии внутреннего и въездного туризма, опыт и мировые тенденции развития экскурсионных программ. Не обошли вниманием участники Конференции и столь актуальную тему как «Безопасность туристов в мегаполисах».  

Участникам Конгресса была предложена обширная экскурсионная программа. Они совершили прогулку по Москве-реке, посетили историческую часть Москвы, а во время прогулки по Старому и Новому Арбату, проходя по Китай-городу и другим улицам столицы России, смогли прочувствовать завораживающую атмосферу нашего прекрасного города. Их восхитили виды набережных Москвы-реки, захватывающий обзор, открывающийся с Воробьёвых гор и спокойная статность Новодевичьего монастыря.

Особое впечатление произвела на участников Конгресса совсем недавно открывшаяся в Храме Христа Спасителя выставка «Художественные сокровища России». Увидев ранее не демонстрировавшиеся широкой публике шедевры величайших русских мастеров, гости выставки были поражены её экспозицией, сохранностью полотен, прошедших через множество войн и катаклизмов и, конечно, самоотверженностью музейных работников, сумевших сберечь для потомков это великое наследие.

Посещение Музея Космонавтики изумило гостей Москвы – многие из них смогли впервые в буквальном смысле прикоснуться к истории покорения космоса. Участники Конгресса выразили пожелания вернуться в столицу России для более полного знакомства с ее великой историей и культурным наследием.

Президент Европейской федерации гидов, господин Карлос Ортега, отметил туристическую привлекательность Москвы, её уникальность и красоту, а затем сказал: «Как только мы сошли с трапа самолёта, нас тут же окружили вниманием и заботой. Но это не главное. Нас всех безумно поразила Москва».

It was carried out by The Department of National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism of the city of Moscow. The Congress united in Moscow more than 300 guests from all over the world to exchange experience and show the huge possibilities of the city of capital of Russia.

The Congress was attended by guides of 32 countries, heads of international organizations in the field of tourism. Russia and the CIS countries were represented by 118 specialists from 28 regions. Traditionally, the Congress included a General session, panel discussions, workshops, master classes and a series of receptions and excursions aimed to show tourist opportunities of Moscow to delegates from 32 countries in Europe.

The head of The Department of National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism of the city of Moscow Vladimir Chernikov noticed in his interview: "The new tour routs appear, there are new excursion sites and public spaces which deserve our attention. We would like more young people to come to Moscow, that's why we put a focus on the 'visual' program."

Much attention was paid to the provision of quality services of guides and interpreters. József Snidgen, honorary President of the Association of guides-interpreters, tour guides and tour managers, said: "We feel the growing interest to the profession. Nearly 1,150 people has been trained in training coordination center "tour Guides" in Moscow over the past five years.90 people more has been recruted to study in 2015-2016. It is important that, finally, there were contenders with rare languages, such as Hebrew, Vietnamese, Arabic, Chinese".

Some internal Russian problems were also discussed at the Congress. So, on November 19th, the Department of national policy, interregional relations and tourism of Moscow held an International guides conference "On improving the system of tourist and excursion service". It was attended by representatives of  authorities of Russian regions, heads of museums, tourist companies and public organizations. Also the first deputy of the head of The Department of National Policy, Inter-Regional Relations and Tourism of the city of Moscow Sergey Shpilko addressed to the participants with the welcoming speech. Important factors in the development of domestic and inbound tourism, the experience and world tendencies of development of excursions were discussed. Also attention was paid to such a vital topic as the " safety of tourists in megapolises".

The guests of The Congress were offered a wide excursion program. They made a river trip, visited the historical part of the city. They could feel the wonderful atmosphere of our city walking along the Arbat street, around Kitay-Gorod district and other beautiful places. The participants were inspired by views of the embankments of the Moscow River, panoramic view from the Sparrow Hills and by the quiet dignity of The New Maidens Convent.

A very special impression the guests got after visiting the exhibition in The Cathedral of Christ The Savior "The Art Treasures of Russia". They were truly amazed when saw the highlights of the Russian greatest artists, which have never been much shown to the public. The guests expressed a big surprise how well the paintings are preserved, in spite of the fact they passed through many wars and troubles and of course showed their big respect to those museum employees who managed to save this great heritage for the future generations.

The visit to the Cosmonautics Museum also has left a nice impression, the guests could practically touch the history of the space exploration! The participants expressed a big desire to come back to Moscow and bring to get to know the history of our great capital.

The president of The European Federation of Tourist Guide Associations (FEG) Carlos Ortega mentioned the tourist attraction of Moscow and then said: "When we left the plane, we were surrounded by care and attention. But that's not the most important. We were so much impressed by Moscow."
